Culture is everything at NRD Tech. Empathy is front and center in our interactions with each other at work and our customers. While honesty, truthfulness and integrity are universal values and not specific to our organization, we expect everyone who comes on board to have such basic human values. Driven by passion, we push the boundaries of technology, think outside of traditional approaches, and solve complex business challenges. This requires continuous learning, and one must be willing to share knowledge and learn from others. Team effort is key as we build products that transform businesses and disrupt in some instances. How we interact with each other will be consistent with our vision and broader mission. We follow a code of conduct that makes everyone of us feel included, accomplished, appreciated, and valued. While this is not etched on our walls or policies and procedure manuals, we expect everyone to follow these simple basic values.
