We build platforms used by utility companies in North America. Almost the entire codebase is being written by AI agents under tight human supervision — Cursor, Claude — guided by engineers who know what good output looks like.

C# and ASP.NET Core on the back end, React on the front. We're aggressively migrating older VB.NET surfaces to the modern stack — with AI agents doing the heavy lift.

Two roles open right now.
Both roles are full-time, on-site at our Coimbatore office, and aimed at sharp early-career candidates (≤ 4 years experience) who already use AI tools to code.
We work shoulder-to-shoulder, in the same room.
We don't do remote. We don't do hybrid. The kind of learning that happens when you can spin around in your chair and ask a senior engineer “why isn't my prompt producing the right diff?” — that's how we get everyone to senior fast.
